Against the backdrop of rapid global change and youth communication calls, acquiring new, previously unknown shapes and varieties, penetrating all spheres of human life and their role in global processes of human development becomes more important. International youth cooperation and tourism, expanding horizons of cooperation of youth from different countries, cultures, people and more revealing to them a world of new possibilities involves them in a single system of economic, social, political and cultural relations.

Today, tourism is getting younger, and all the traveling around the world and more young people, learn about other cultures, immersed in their customs and traditions.

Concerning, special relevance acquires understanding of the positive contribution of the international youth tourism and cooperation as a significant global socio-economic and cultural phenomena to expand inter-country and inter-civilizational interaction channels.

The choice of venue for Forum in St. Petersburg, as having a special position on the world cultural map and promising center multidimensional international youth cooperation and tourism can count on immediate interest to any transformation in the multifaceted event activities and projects. Because of the tight schedule of preparations for the Forum and the need for surgical solutions for its success The organizing committee is appealing to you, with words of support for your efforts, aimed at creating a favorable conditions and mechanisms for the development of international relations of youth.

The Forum initiated to create a regional platform for the international exchange of experience and joint discussion of topical issues of the international scope of youth cooperation and tourism.

∙Aims and objectives forum:

▪predostavlenie stakeholders from different countries of opportunities to participate in a constructive dialogue with each other, and with expert professionals, and leaders in the field of international youth tourism and youth international relations;

▪ consideration of innovative ideas, projects and organizational measures, that can help the development of the Institute of International Youth Cooperation and Tourism;

▪ initiate the creation of effective mechanisms to promote and support the development of youth cooperation projects and tourism;

▪vsestoronnyaya evaluation functions subjects of global processes, including international institutions and civil society, and their role in creating favorable conditions for the development of international youth tourism on the local, regional and international level;

▪ discussion of the place and role of intercultural dialogue in the context of international youth tourism globalization;

▪ consultation and discussion of the current situation in the industry with stakeholders sphere of international youth tourism and cooperation;

▪ raise the awareness of, authoritative international and national institutions to the existing problems in the sphere of international youth cooperation and tourism;

  • SPECIAL THEME: Baltic Youth Cooperation (conduct an organizational meeting for the purpose of preparation and holding of the Baltic Youth Conference with the participation of the National Councils of the Baltic region, regional youth councils in Germany and Russia - perhaps the revival of BYF, organizations, Action on International Cooperation and Tourism)

Forum participants can become:

    • representatives of international youth tourism industry organizations;
    • representatives of educational institutions: teachers, students, experts;
    • representatives of youth and other non-profit organizations;
    • representatives of national youth councils;
    • young people, working in the field of international youth tourism, including volunteers;
    • organizations, involved in international youth cooperation and tourism (transport, hotels, insurance companies, etc.);

Cost of participation (the size of the registration fee):

Registration fee includes shuttle ,accommodation, nutrition, coffee breaks, cultural program, organizational materials.
